11:00 AM - 12:00 PM CST
The December First Monday Roundtable will present a discussion where participants will learn about how our onsite health centers are only effective if employees actually use them. Since our launch in 2014, the City of Mesa’s Health & Wellness Center has been going strong and continues to grow. In this webinar, learn how the City of Mesa uses creative approaches, successful initiatives, and lessons learned to increase participation and make the Health Center an integral part of the workplace experience.
Featured Speaker
Cassandra Coonts BS, CHES, Health Educator, City of Mesa
I am a dedicated Health Educator with over 14 years of experience in corporate wellness, including nine years serving the City of Mesa. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Wellness Health Promotion and am a Certified Wellness Coach and Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). I am passionate about mindful eating, a practice that has transformed my relationship with food and deepened my appreciation for present-moment living. I love helping people discover that wellness doesn’t have to be overwhelming and that small, consistent steps can make a big difference over time. Outside of work, I am a busy mom of three who enjoys swimming, sports, family walks, movie nights, and spontaneous dance parties in the kitchen.
